Working week: Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Total hours per week: 37.5
Weekly wage: £187.50
Expected apprenticeship duration: 12 months

Vacancy description
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be provided full training and the opportunity to progress in the recruitment industry. You will work alongside the senior consultant and office manager.
Duties will include:
• speaking with candidates over the phone
• supporting the business by resourcing candidates for live jobs using job boards
• arranging interviews
• taking references
• updating CVs using Word
• creating adverts on job boards
• social media management
• dealing with general queries/administration
• updating the database

Desired qualifications
A*/9 - E/2 GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (ICT GCSE or equivalent would be an advantage but is not essential).
Future prospects
Good future prospects, on successful completion of the Business and Administration Apprenticeship this role will develop into a recruitment consultant, managing your own desk and clients.
Things to consider
The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.70 per hour. This applies to 16 - 18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
